How do I apply?

Registration for the MUNEX conference is now open. You can apply either as an individual or a delegation, but all participants will be allocated to different countries and you cannot expect to represent a certain country together. All delegates will need to submit separate application forms. Indicate in you motivation letter the names of the rest of the delegates. One country will be represented by 1 delegate, there may be exceptions. There will be team building for all the delegates during the first day of the conference.

First, submit the electronic application form. You are expected to submit a 250 word motivation letter within your application stating the reasons you want to take part in the simulation. Indicate in your motivation letter if you are interested in chairing. If successful, you will receive a provisional confirmation of your place in the conference within 10 days of applying. You will then receive payment information and final confirmation after you have paid the participation fee of £20.

What is the participation fee?

The participation fee for the four days is £20. This includes the conference program, lunches, snacks and coffee and dinners.

You will be allocated a country no less than two weeks before the conference. Giving you ample time to do your research, you will receive information on how to prepare for the conference.

The earlier you apply, the higher your chance of being accepted, but it is a selective process NOT exclusively on first come first serve basis.
